Solar Panel Certification Process
Ensuring Quality, Reliability, and Insurability
Our certification process includes both a financial risk assessment and a technical risk assessment of your factory.
Upon successful completion of your factory inspection, your facility will be officially Solarif-Certified for one year, confirming that your solar panels meet our stringent quality and financial standards.
Financial Risk Assessment
Our financial risk assessment is based on the Altman Z-Score, a proven method for evaluating the likelihood of bankruptcy. Specifically, we assess the probability of bankruptcy within a year.
Why a one-year timeframe? To maintain the Solarif-Certified Quality Mark, manufacturers must undergo an annual Factory Inspection. This ensures their ongoing financial stability, operational reliability, and product quality.
By applying this structured approach, we proactively identify potential risks, helping manufacturers maintain financial health while consistently meeting our certification standards.
Technical Risk Assessment
Our technical risk assessment consists of quality checks that verify the effectiveness of your quality control system and the final quality results of the panels. We pay attention to, among other things:
- Company profile
- Product information and factory certifications
- Production process
- Machine calibration and maintenance
- Own laboratory tests
- Quality management organization chart
- Customer Engineering Services
- Testing of randomly selected solar panels
